The Perfect Cure for Lockout Boredom

Looking for something to occupy your time while waiting for MLB owners to end the lockout and allow spring training to begin? just might have the perfect answer for you.

It’s the official YouTube channel of the site — Trust Your Stuff — and you can view it by clicking here:

So far over 40 videos have been uploaded to the channel, including:

* 1983 World Series Celebration & Parade
* Opening Day 1987 complete game
* Opening Day 1988 complete game
* Opening Day 1989 complete game
* Opening Day 1991 complete game
* Opening Day 1993 complete game
* Opening Day 1994 complete game
* Broadcast of 1991 spring training game featuring Jim Palmer’s comeback attempt
* Local TV news coverage on the firing of Joe Altobelli and the return of Earl Weaver in 1985
* Local TV season preview specials from 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1988, 1989 and more
* Plus more

Just to be clear — I am not attempting to monetize the channel in any way. My only intent was to dig out some old VHS tapes from my collection and digitize them before the tapes no longer work.

And while I was at it, I thought it would be a good idea to post these videos to YouTube so that others can enjoy them.

I know it’s not the same as “real” baseball — and it’s crazy that spring training camps are not open.

But on a cold February day…it’s something. Go check it out.
